OSC Enders and an EPA Team were mobilized to the Citgo Refinery in Corpus Christi, Tx to respond to a release of Hydrofluoric Acid (HF) from an alkylation unit. The release sparked citizen concerns and the deployment of a seven person investigation team from the U.S. Chemical Safety Board (CSB).
