An orphaned crude oil well located in a Woodville, OH farm field is overflowing, leaking onto the ground and into a drain tile. The drain tile is discharging oil into Sugar Creek, which is a tributary to the Portage River. OSC Lippert responded to the scene and activated ERRS and START. ERRS has mobilized a vac truck and has begun to remove the oil from the well and the drain tile. START is conducting air monitoring.
