OSC Leos and START were dispatched to a plastics fire located at Supply Pro, Inc. in east Houston, TX. The fire was classified a 4-Alarm fire with an initial shelter in place covering 5 miles. Residential neighborhoods surround the warehouse in the North and North West about 1/2 mile.
