EPA OSC and START-3 contractors were activated to a reported 150 bbl oil discharge from a leak in a transfer line into the Bois'd Arc Creek located just north of Riverview Road in Ponca City, Oklahoma. The incident was found at approximately 07:30 on 12/04/12 and reported to the NRC (#1032243).

Containment and absorbent booms were utilized by the RP to contain the oil in less than 0.25 creek miles (approx. 1,000 feet). Three vacuum trucks were mobilized to recover the oil.
