Union Pacific Railroad has reported a release of an unknown amount of Sodium Cyanide from a railcar near Devine, (Medina County) TX.   A hole was punctured in the Hopper Car and material was released onto the ballast over an approximate 0.1-mile area.  OSC Enders and an EPA Team are enroute to the site.   No evacuations have been made at this time.
