Two 35-gallon drums abandoned in the rear of a vacant residence.

1.1.2.1 Location

The site is in a residential area of closely situated houses.

1.1.2.2 Description of Threat

Drum of waste oil and drum of waste paint abandoned in an open rear yard that is accessible to trespassers and vandals.

1.1.3 Preliminary Removal Assessment/Removal Site Inspection Results

OSC accessed the site on 9/16/2015 and visually identified a drum of waste oil and a drum of waste paint.
