On June 28, 2016, the Ohio EPA and the City of Dayton requested US EPA assistance at the Terry Corp Site in Dayton, Ohio. Abandoned drums, containers, and tanker remain at the Site. Waste includes flammable liquids and corrosives.

A US EPA Site Investigation was completed on July 21, 2016.

A removal action was initiated on February 13, 2017. See POLREPs 1-4 for details.

The EPA removal action was completed on April 13, 2017.
