United Production Tank Battery has one 210 barrel tank with two oil wells: Warren Harang #2 and #3, and associated production equipment. There is approximately 175 barrels of oil and oil contaminated water contained in the tank. The facility poses a threat due the quantity of oil contained in the tank, its proximity to a navigable water, inadequate containment and the facility being presumed to be abandoned. EPA recently conducted a cleanup of a United Production facility less than one mile east of this site.
