On June 15, 2016, Urban Oil and Gas had a spill of oil from a production facility that impacted a creek that flows into the Wichita River near Kamay, TX. The RP has installed berms and containment boom to contain the oil. EPA’s START contractor has been dispatched to the incident arriving on scene on June 16th.
