As a result of an earthquake on 09-26-16, there are fires reported at multiple locations in West Sacramento, including at least one storage tank at Equilon tank farm and natural gas pipelines around the city. There is a train derailment with at least 3 chlorine cars containing 90 tons of chlorine each. Wastewater treatment and drinking water supply have been disrupted. Communications in the area are sporadic.
