The West Vermont Street Site is a residential neighborhood in Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana. Several homes in the Site have residential drinking water wells that have been contaminated with vinyl chloride. EPA installed temporary treatment systems in three homes where vinyl chloride exceeded removal action levels (RAL).

On May 1, 2015, EPA signed an Action Memorandum to conduct a time-critical removal action to connect residents to a municipal water supply, abandon private drinking water wells, and conduct sampling for vapor intrusion.
