EPA is creating the site’s Community Involvement Plan (CIP) to help the agency better understand the nearby community when considering implementing the cleanup and community needs. We want to hear from you!
Since area demographics, interests, and needs change over time, updating this plan will help us to better inform and engage with community members as the site’s cleanup progresses. All conversations remain confidential and are a great opportunity to not only educate EPA on your lived experience as a local resident, but to ask questions of the agency. Interviews last about 30 minutes to one hour and can be set up by contacting the site’s EPA Community Liaison, Lina Wu at wu.lina@epa.gov or 312-353-2886.
