Sampling 4/15/2010 Site Update
On April 13, 2010, OSC Mike Beslow and START contractors executed the field sampling plan developed for Hoskins New Paris.  START contractors collected approximately 12 samples of liquids, solids, and sludges from drums, vats, tanks, pits and brick.  During the sampling event OSC Beslow, and CIC Kawecki met with IDEM's Nilia Moberly Green and Rich Hackel, along with owner Bruce Korenstra.  They discussed the current state, and different avenues to move forward.  The path forward will be dependant on the sample results.
