Federal Assistance no longer required	2/20/2012	Site Update
TCEQ Mike Davis called the R6 Hotline to notify that the spill was not as large as he was led to believe and that OSC Zehner would not be needed to complete site activities. START contractors remained on scene gathering additional information and relayed all pertinant information to EPA CID SA DeMontra Rainey.
RP Response actions.	2/20/2012	Site Update
The RP's contractor, SWS, has deployed booms south of Battlebell Road at the east end of Listi Road, An additional boom was deployed south of State Route 330.Harris County Pollution Control has collected soil and water samples at the discharge point and from the source.
