McAllisterRevised FNFI.pdf Revised Field Expedient Notice (FEN) dated 5/27/2010 to correct terminology used in FEN issued on 5/11/2010. In the original FEN the OSC incorrectly referred to the tugboat Wm. H. McAllister as a "facility" when it should have called a "vessel". The instant FEN was issued with the term "vessel" to correct the prior use of the incorrect term.
