Current Activities
The week of June 2, 2008, ERRS shipped off an additional 281.29 tons of soil to the approved Sand Valley Landfill in Collinsville, Alabama.  All of the excavated areas were backfilled, graded, and seeded. START documented Site activities and collected a confirmatory sample of the excavated area.

EPA secured the Site and demobilized all ERRS and START personnel and equipment from the area on June 6, 2008. Final disposition of the waste streams addressed during this removal action are summarized below.

No further EPA actions are anticipated.

 
Disposition Of Wastes
Wastesteams disposed during this action included the following:

1,516.91 tons of treated soil and ash in April 2008;
822.88 tons of treated soil and ash in May 2008;
281.29 tons of soil in June 2008.

Total tons shipped for entire project was 2,621.08 tons
