On 6/1/2015, a caller reported a tank rupture due to equipment failure, releasing 1000 to 1500 gallons of an emulsification agent (WRDA 60) into a concrete yard along with 10,000 gallons of well water. Crews quickly used large quantities of sand to build berms and contained released material to the property. As of 01:00 hours on 6/2/2015, around 9000 gallons of material have been recovered by vac truck. OSC Russell has been mobilized to ensure response and cleanup activities are adequate.
