The Pennsboro Marble Parcel #3 Site is a former glass marble and board game pieces manufacturer. The facility took in glass cullet and melted it in small blast furnaces to create board game pieces and marbles. The site has been left unattended with large mounds of glass cullet outside and containers and drums of hazardous materials inside. The WVDEP reached out to EPA for assistance with assessing the Site.  EPA has conducted an assessment of the site and will be conducting a removal action to cleanup the Site summer of 2024.
