At approximately 1800 on November 10th, a three vehicle accident involving a tractor trailer occured at the Site. The tractor trailer caught fire and went off the road into the drainage channel dumping its cargo of LESCO Granular Fertilizer, containing ferrous sulfate.  Following the accident, the fertilizer remains in the drainage channel and threatens to drain into Youghiogheny River Lake.
