There was no report made to the National Response Center (NRC).
The Texas
Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) reported that Houston Fire and

offsite air monitoring detections. EPA also confirmed that no aqueous fire-fighting
foam (AFFF) was used while fighting the fire.
Firefighting
activities at the site are still on-going, and EPA will continue to make
updates as necessary.
