OSC Terrence Byrd responded to a request by the local fire department to take action at an apparent dumping site in Marietta, Georgia. Numerous bags of powder and drums were found randomly scattered about the facility grounds. A portion of this unknown material had entered a storm drain. ERRS contractor Environmental Restoration dispatched to the Site to conduct an appropriate response. After arriving to Site and initiating response strategy, OSC Byrd was able to compel the owner/operator take over cleanup operations.
