St Clair Shores PCB Drain Site #2 is a site that has uncontrolled high level PCBs getting into a sewer system. Two previous, and seperate, studies and cleanups were conducted in the area to pinpoint where the waste is entering the drain. The PCBs threaten to recontaminate the Lange and Revere canals, which are a direct conduit to Lake St Clair.

This action is being undertaken to prevent the migration of the high level PCBs to the canal and also to further investigate potential source areas.
