An action memo for a non-time critical removal was signed on June 1, 2010. Approximately 6,000 cubic yards of process residuals will be excavated and transported offsite to an approved landfill

The 40-acre site is a closed, deconstructed fertilizer manufacturing facility. The site owner, Vigindustries, has entered into a Settlement Agreement/AOC to perform the removal action.
