Phone Duty Officer dispatched OSC after discussions with GA EPD to respond to a chemical odor in a residential area. Residents contacted Johns Creek's Fire Department regarding the odor. The fire department responded and found a four-inch pipe that was sheared off. The pipe was sheared by an excavator during land-clearing activities. The pipe is connected to an underground tank containing an unknown liquid. It appeared no liquids were spilled.
