The Site is the location of a discharge of crude oil from a 6 inch pipeline. The pipeline appears to be abandoned, but a rain event of 4/3/15 has caused oil to discharge from a break at a valve along the line. Oil is migrating overland towards a tributary of Left Fork TwoMile Creek which is a tributary of the Kanawha River, a navigable waterway.
