This Site is the location of an abandoned fiberglass assembly facility. One building exists on-site with two old dilapidated singlewide mobile homes on the west side of the facility. The main building encompasses office space, storage areas, work areas, and loading docks with entrances at various locations to the building. The north side of the facility has a storage area, which is accessible from the outside and looks as if it was added onto the main facility later. All power and water has been shut off at the facility, which could impact the stability of heat-sensitive substances stored in the flammable materials lockers. The Miami County Environmental Control changed the door locks to the front of the building, however, the site is not secure. Access to the site is still being made, as evidenced by the graffiti on the inside of the office portion of the facility. Acetone, one of the chemicals present at the site, is used in the production of plastic, fibers, drugs, and other chemicals.
