On 3/26/2012 Chris Field, Wally Moon, Bill Ryan, Kathy Parker and Elizabeth McKenna met to discuss the status of the SOW for the Cascade Natural Gas AOC.  The decision was made to separate the removal evaluation tasks in the SOW from the remedial tasks in order to have the PRP perform the removal avtion tasks as soon as possible. Kathy checked the tide tables and determined the sampling of the beach must start June 2 and the Removal Action must start July 28, 2012 in order to take advantage of low day-time tides on the beach.  Elizabeth agreed to talk to Howard, the PRP attorney, about separating the SOW and expediting the approval process.
